The GMC Terrain is a mid-size CUV (Crossover Utility Vehicle) that was first introduced in the year 2009. The manufacturer is going to make some changes in its predecessor to bring 2017 GMC Terrain model. It is being recorded that GMC Terrain is in the list of best-selling crossovers in the USA. Both the engines are comfortable for the standard front-wheel drive for its 6-speed automatic transmission system. If someone looks at the EPA fuel economy, then for the front-wheel drive it can offer 22 mpg in the city, 32 mpg on highway and 26 mpg combined. For the 4-wheel drive, it can deliver 20 mpg in the city, 29 mpg on highway and 23 mpg combined.

In addition, its engine can generate acceleration from 0-60 mph in 9.1 seconds except in Denali trim which is able to cover the same distance in just 7 seconds for all-wheel drive. The 2017 GMC Terrain will come with the maximum towing capacity of 3500 lbs.

The GMC Terrain 2017 is still in manufacturer’s house, and it is yet to see when they are going to present its original model in the showroom. It is yet not confirmed what the price of the all-new 2017 GMC Terrain is likely to be. According to some sources; it is expected to go higher than its predecessor. It is also predicted that new Terrain will occupy Summit White, Onyx Black, and Quicksilver Metallic colors.
